System Overview
This system is for PV cell auto EL testing & sorting and when solar cells are interested from magazine tray,it sorts solar cells automatically after Micro crack inspection with EL method
Configuration
- Cell Loader(Manual Input):Cell loader transfers the cells which were manually inserted from Magazine tray to the cell inspection system using cell pick up unit
- EL System:This part operates Micro crack and vision inspection of solar cells that are loaded to cell loader
- Cell sorting unit:This part sorts the solar cells that were calssified by Micro Crack inspcetion
